Rated 1 out of 5 by from scratch my skin I wore it the first day no problem. The second day the inside of the top of the left boot scratched my skin and it was bleeding. I suggest for the company to replace the fabrics of the top of the boot. Since that day I haven't used it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great boot for me I loved these boots, I have been wearing redwings for the prior 4 years and those boots would not match the arch and ball of my foot even after custom molded insoles. I have had no problems with these boots making my feet hurt and they have lasted almost two years with no foot problems as opposed to the redwings which would start to hurt around 10 months. I work in aviation and stand almost all day on concrete and various hard surfaces so good boots are a must for me. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the last 3 months out of 2years the inside heal wear area shows significant wear but still no issues with my feet hurting. I plan on buying another pair today and after seeing the other posted review I felt inclined to say something good about these boots because they outperformed a $220 red wing boot with $60. custom redwing insoles.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Boots!! Well, this is the end of my first week wearing these boots. For me the boots were true to size with other shoes I wear. Around the ankles, it feels a little tight, but expect that to loosed up after a while of wear. Saw where one person had marks around ankle, I don't have any skin issues. I'm not on my feet all days and these boots don't bother me. My feet feel a little warm in them, but it really doesn't bother me. Honestly I like them so much, that when I go home and change clothes, I have been putting my boots back on.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Tongue issue The tongue does not stay in place like it should . .. This is not safe. I tie them correctly. And after working for a little bit the tongue pops out and I have to stop what I'm doing to re secure tongue .. I was looking for a phone number to talk to them about. The issue. I love the company. Been wearing the spider elite for years. Never a issue. I brought this because I'm required to wear steel toe boots now. And I knew their quality. But I am disappointed ...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Magnum might be saving my feet! My job requires boots and shoes that are ASTM F2413-11 i/75 c/75 certified with EH coverage. After looking around online I caught these on sale at a sporting goods store not far from my home. Been wearing them the last few days to get them "seasoned" for work. I work 10 hours a day on my job, on my feet. The boots we're issued have no foot support. They allow us to purchase our own as long as they come up to code. The Magnum Ultra Lite were spot on from day 1! The insole gives great support to my tired feet. I suffer from plantar fasciitis and I currently have no pain in my feet when I walk in them. Do you sell these insoles separately? They may make my other boots comfortable to wear. If not, I will just have to keep buying these great boots! Which other of these composite toe boots have the same specs as the Ultra Lite? I may have to buy more of the Magnum family.!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just ordered my 3rd pair I had found these in a shoe store several years ago. Immediately a great comfortable steel toe that didn't need any break in. I have bought again (on line now) and just ordered my 3rd set of steel toes. I also have purchased boots for personal use non-steel toe. All great, all comfortable.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from My boyfriend has had these work boots for less than a month and they now have holes in the top of the boot above the composite toe. If you are up and down (mechanic style work) daily then these boots don't stand up to meet the requirements.

Does compact safety toe mean it is smaller than the boot width?

Sorry, that was a website error. It should have read "composite toe" in the features category.
