Rated 5 out of 5 by from Magnum Boots are the best Having to walk around two facilities covering almost 1.5 million sq ft, almost daily, I wanted a boot that would be light, tough, supportive, and above all, comfortable! A hard find I know... But look no further than the Stealth Force 6.0 SZ. This is hands down the most comfortable boot I have ever owned... Well made and very comfortable, I recommend this boot to all of our employees. The Side Zipper is well made and does not unzip too easily. The materials are solid, and the soles are durable. Thanks Magnum. Needless to say... I'll be a Stealth Force 6.0 SZ owner for a long time.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from did not last Ive had several tactical boots with no problems but Ive never owned magnums. I was looking to replace my 2 year old timberland tactical boots, which I loved, except the soles wore out. I decided to buy the stealth force 6.0 side zip. the boots felt fine but both boots ripped out in the same place on the outside of the boot at the point of flex. The right boot ripped out the first month then the left after 3 months. I can't wear these boots anymore because my feet get wet from the holes and my socks get dirty.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Boots Ever I have spent the last four years in the military, and you know what that means, boots galore. Every brand of boots I have tried always seem true in the fit, but when it came to rucking they always failed. Now I am out of the military and working security, again for the government. So I was again in my quest to find boots that fit well, and not just that, I am now older, not in shape, and thanks to Uncle Sam, in pain around the knees ankles and back. I saw these boots at a local shop that sales gear for security and police.... I am glad i made this purchase, I have a year with the boots, they are easy to break it, they help with the pain, and the sipper helps to let the feet breath when I take my break, I am going to buy a second pair soon, and ill use my old ones for the range.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Tough as nails I am a landscape installation contractor. I am constantly on rough rocky uneven ground. I always feel confident and comfortable in my boots. I just realized that I was approaching 2 years in these boots. The abuse they endure is very harsh and I have never had a pair last this long. Definitely going to buy another pair since I am finally starting to wear them out on the inserts (not to mention they're looking pretty beat) and looking forward to another couple years of great performance.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good boots I bought a pair of these in my junior year of high school nearly four years ago, and I've only just now worn them out. I may not have had the kind of job that they're designed for, having worked in food service, but they've still survived plenty of constant walking as well as oil and cleaning chemicals. Up until recently, my feet wouldn't even get wet when we would hose the floors down they are a great pair of boots, and I definitely plan on buying from Magnum in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Third Pair, not my last pair I'm getting ready for a 10 day hiking trip and needed a new pair of boots. I looked at several styles and decided another pair (my 3rd) of Magnums was the way to go. As I'm breaking them in on long walks and day hikes I decided these will work very well for me. They are light weight with good support and great traction. Water proof is an added bonus. And, they look much better than some of the "clod stompers" out there. Great boot. Love them....again!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable and long lasting This is my 3rd pair of Magnums. I keep coming back because they just simply work!!! As a contractor I am in them 10+ hours a day 5-6 days a week and they just don't quit. Every other boot has fallen apart in under a year (usually by 6 months) but these just keep performing. The side zip makes it so quick and convienient in the morning. Ive never had a tread separate or a rip through in the body or even a broken shoelace. All around great product!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I've been wearing these boots everyday for a month now, and I love them. Being an industrial mechanic, I am on my feet all day and my feet have yet to be sore at the end of the day. These boots are also quite water resistant for not being the waterproof version. The only thing I think could make them better is a slight toe cap just so the leather doesn't get all scratched up when you're kneeling down. I'll definitley be purchasing them again!

is the 5226 waterproof

Asked by: carl
The Stealth Force 6.0 is not waterproof. If you are looking for a waterproof boot, we do carry the Stealth Force 8.0 in waterproof (WP) options.

I have been purchasing Magnum boots from a local retailer for years (Marty's). The soles always wear out before the upper. Usually have a 'heel hole' within 9-10 months. Can boots be sent back to refurb soles?

Asked by: martyc
Unfortunately, we don't provide refurb sole services. We would recommend contacting a local shoe repair shop for assistance.

I've worn these for about six months, they're the only shoe my previously broken leg could get thru the work day on. I'd like to transition to a shoe with no ankle bracing, which shoe has the same structure?

Asked by: Dorothea
It's great to hear these boots helped you get through work with a major injury. I would recommend transitioning into one of our 5 or 3 inch boots, like the Viper Pro series, which is available in both heights.

Hi. I know i need size 12 US, but jam unsure of the width? Can you let me know more information about the difference between    Regular/Medium and EEE? Thanks. Ray

Asked by: Raymond
Raymond, It would be best to have your foot measured in know exactly what size will be best for you. An EEE or wide size is roughly 1/4 to 1/2 an inch wider than a medium width. Keep in mind, orders from the US website, are only able to be shipped within the US.

I notice these only come in regular width or EEE. Is the EEE wider than a normal "Wide Width" or "E"? My boyfriend needs something wider than a typical "Wide Width". Thanks!

Asked by: BK2014
Great question! Yes, EEE is wider than E. 2E is considered wide, 4E is considered extra wide so EEE is right in between.
